These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ARTMOONS’s website (the “Site”), products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). 2. Orders & Payments

2.1 Order Placement
When you place an order through the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the products specified in your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order in our sole discretion (e.g., due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
2.2 Payment
You agree to pay the full amount specified in your order, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and duties. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on the Site. By providing payment information, you warrant that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
2.3 Pricing & Availability
All prices are displayed in USD, EUR, and GBP (as applicable) and are subject to change without notice. We strive to maintain accurate product availability information, but we do not guarantee that all products listed on the Site are in stock. In the event a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses in the United States, European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), and other specified countries. Shipping times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.
3.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments (including EU countries outside your home country), you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are your sole responsibility. We are not liable for any delays or additional costs due to customs processing.
3.3 Delivery Confirmation
We provide tracking information for all orders once shipped. Delivery confirmation (e.g., signature, delivery scan) constitutes proof of receipt. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Policy
You may return unused, unworn, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) or exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
4.2 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4.3 Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, intimate apparel (unless unopened and in original packaging), and sale items are non-returnable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including logos, trademarks, product images, text, and designs) is the property of ARTMOONS or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARTMOONS, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

10.1 Governing Law
  • For users in the United States: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • For users in the EU/EEA: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable EU laws.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation with us. If negotiation fails:
  • For US users: Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
  • For EU/EEA users: Disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Ireland or the European Small Claims Procedure.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the revised Terms on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination
