We know waiting for your new favorite knitwear or artful top is tough—so we’re keeping things transparent, friendly, and totally stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your ARTMOONS pieces to you, whether you’re in the US or Europe!
🚚 Shipping Costs (Simple & Straightforward)
No hidden fees—just clear pricing based on your order total:
- Free Shipping: On all orders over $79 (USD/EUR equivalent)—yes, you read that right! Stock up on your faves and skip the shipping cost.
- **US Orders (Under $79)**: Flat rate of $7.99 per order—no matter how many items you add.
- **EU/EEA Orders (Under $79)**: Flat rate of $5.99 per order—affordable shipping for your everyday essentials.
Note: Currency is displayed in USD by default, but we’ll automatically adjust to EUR for EU/EEA checkout (shipping costs convert accordingly!).
⏰ Delivery Timelines
We work hard to get your order out the door fast—here’s what to expect:
- EU/EEA: 8–12 business days from the day your order ships.
- United States: 12–16 business days from the day your order ships.
A Quick Heads-Up About Delays
Life (and weather, and holidays!) happens—delivery times might be a little longer if:
- It’s a major holiday (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, etc.).
- There’s extreme weather (blizzards, heatwaves, storms) slowing down carriers.
- It’s peak shopping season (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, end-of-season sales)—everyone’s ordering, and carriers get busy!
- Customs processing takes extra time (for EU/US cross-border shipments—we can’t control this, but we’ll share tracking so you can stay updated).
We’ll always send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse—so you can follow its journey every step of the way!
🌍 Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 US states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
- European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) countries (e.g., Germany, France, UK, Spain, Italy, Netherlands).

📦 Order Processing
We process orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you’ll get that all-important tracking email—keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case!).
✨ A Few Extra Tips
- Track Your Package: Use the link in your shipping confirmation to check status anytime (works across all major carriers!).
- Missing Package?: If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers leave packages safely out of sight!). If it’s still missing, email us—we’ll help you track it down.
- Customs & Duties: For EU orders, customs fees are rarely applied (thanks to our shipping partners!), but if they are, they’re your responsibility (we’ll include all necessary docs to keep this smooth).
