Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to absolutely love your ARTMOONS pieces—whether it’s a buttery-soft knit bra or an artful blouse. But if something doesn’t fit quite right, or it’s just not your vibe, no stress! Our return & exchange policy is as easygoing as our designs.
The Basics (Nice & Simple)
- Return Window: 30 days from the day you receive your package—plenty of time to try it on, style it, and decide.
- Exchange Window: Same 30 days! Swap for a different size, color, or even a totally new piece (we won’t judge if you change your mind).
- What’s Eligible?: Unworn, unused items with all tags attached and original packaging. We get it—life happens, so minor 试穿痕迹 (like trying on over underwear) is totally okay.
What’s Not Eligible?
- Final sale items (marked “Sale” or “Final Sale” on the site—sorry, no exceptions!).
- Intimate apparel (like knit bras) that’s been opened or worn (for hygiene reasons—we hope you get it!).
- Customized pieces (since they’re made just for you!).
How to Start a Return/Exchange
It’s 3 easy steps—no hoops to jump through!
- Shoot us an email: Drop a line to support@artmoons.com with your order number, what you’re returning/exchanging, and why (optional—we’re just curious, not pushy!).
- Pack it up: Pop the item(s) back in the original packaging (or any sturdy box—we’re not picky!) and ship it to: ARTMOONS Returns 123 Artisan Way, Los Angeles, CA 90001, USA
- Ship it out: You cover the return shipping cost (we know, bummer—but we’ll cover the shipping for your exchange!). Once we get it, we’ll process your request faster than you can style a knit bra with high-waisted jeans.
Refunds & Exchanges: What to Expect
- Refunds: We’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. It may take a few extra days for your bank to process it—hang tight!
- Exchanges: As soon as we get your return, we’ll ship your new item(s) right away (no waiting for the refund first!). If the new piece is a different price, we’ll charge or refund the difference—super straightforward.
A Few Quick Notes
- International Orders: EU/EEA friends—you can still return/exchange within 30 days! Just note that custom duties/taxes aren’t refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service (so we can both keep an eye on it).
- Damaged/Defective Items: Oops—we hate when this happens! If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement for free, or issue a full refund—your call.
- Sizing Help: Not sure what size to get? Hit us up before ordering—we’re happy to share fit tips, measurements, or even model photos to help you decide!
